We’re Fish N Flips - a completely fresh swim school. We like to think swimming is for everyone, so we've made sure that our lessons are friendly, fun, and oh-so welcoming. Together, we deliver high-quality lessons and experiences at every opportunity because it’s the right thing to do, which is where you come in. Your brilliant attitude, passion for fun, and dedication to helping children develop life-saving skills are just what we’re looking for. Ready to learn more?

We’re looking for someone who likes to have fun, laugh and learn. Someone who is looking to make the next step in their career journey.

What are we looking for?

• Loves to have fun, laugh and learn
• Customer Obsessed
• A love for working with all children
• Desire to progress your career within FNF
• Great organisational skills
• Willing to work at least one shift on the weekend

The Role: 

• 10-20 hrs per week 
• Delight and Engage our customers and families
• Administration tasks
• Manage multiple priorities
• Support the Swim School Manager in the day-to-day operations
• A proactive approach to business growth
• Train, develop, nurture and mentor current and new crew members

What you will need: (Don't worry, we can help)

• Current Blue Card (Working with children check) 
• Current CPR 
• Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Qualification
