Our pool deck is a joyful, energetic space, and we are looking for community-minded mentors of all ages and backgrounds to join our crew. What you’ll be doing:

• Guiding young children through gentle, play-based swimming lessons that spark joy and build confidence.
• Welcoming local families pool deck, ensuring every child feels seen, safe, and supported.
• Celebrating the tiny wins—like a first splash or a brave underwater smile—that make children feel like champions.

What you need to get started: You don't need a professional background in aquatics. We hire for heart and character. All you need is a positive attitude, a love for helping children grow, and the willingness to obtain a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check), CPR certificate, and a standard swim teaching credential. We will gladly support you through this process.
